Weighed in at 229 tonight, down from 285+ at the highest.

Haven't gone to the gym in a while so I was worried I might be lagging a bit but I've lost a good 5 pounds since my last weigh-in, which is awesome.

Nice man , get back in the gym though !

Right on man! Worth it I am sure. That is great progress!

You be be feeling amazing I am sure!

Funny this thread got bumped just as I came back from a jog. I am doing 5k in 35 minutes now. Not the best, but it has some uphill sections. Far cry for ~ 50 minutes + feeling like death after I completed the jog.

I started this when I weighed 205 pounds on my home scale, now I am down to 183 pounds. I need to weight myself at the gym though, I know I was 212 when I started, so I imagine now I am a bit over 190.

Glad to see lots of folks on the forum are sticking to their fitness goals.

Because I'm not fat or anything and have been lifting for awhile. My diet is already pretty clean.

I'm prbably 14-15 bf now, I want 9-10

out of curiosity. What is the bodyfat % of a pro athlete. In particular your well conditioned hockey player.

Man the world is so cruel... Havent been to the gym in like 2 weeks due to may long weekend + company meetings so planned to start back up on Monday... Monday at work I was lifting something like 3 lbs and somehow hurt my back, so now I'm on the IR for another 3-5 days. It was redic, like I've played hockey, lacrosse, done all types of stupid physical activities and deadlifted over 300lbs but somehow just turning funny with a 3lb package threw my back out...

Anyways, qq over, was anxious to get back and it sucks I gotta wait ...

Glad to see everyone here with such awesome progress, keep it up boys B)

man I did something similar before when I used to work at a grocery store. I picked a box of grocery bags ~ 5 pounds and twisted to one side to much and my upper back went to shit for weeks. I still get the odd twinge in it sometimes. Humans are so fragile it is kind of pathetic in a way.

Most athletes are between 12-18. 7-12 is pretty lean and almost unhealthy.

This, that low is for bodybuilder shows. Those guys on stage at shows are at their weakest at such low %s, would just be detrimental to performance for athletes to aim for those.
