Overall the officiating during this playoffs has been sub par.

Most series I watch as a neutral observer and it is really off putting.

Yes. I listed my grievances about it above.

Officiating has been pretty bad all playoffs though, as KYA said. Also for what it's worth, I think Pastrnak embellished on that last Montour penalty in the 2nd period but he also did get a stick to the face.. Could have called both I guess.
