1) Trade Bieksa for a 2nd or 3rd rounder
2) Trade Burrows for a 2nd rounder (retain 1.5M of his 4.5M cap)
3) Re-sign Richardson @ 2.25M short-term
4) Re-sign Weber @ 2M short-term
5) Re-sign the young/prospect RFAs at around 0.9 to 1M (none deserve more)
6) Trade Vrbata and Hamhuis at the deadline
7) Get a top 5 draft pick at the end of the year

Miller will be pretty impossible to trade so we might as well get something for Lack. Unfortunately, outside of our division, Buffalo and Minnesota are probably the only two teams interested in Lack and they are both "maybes".
