Really really like the Martin pickup. He's going to be huge on this team, tough dude works hard game in game out, professionalism. I can see him being a good leader for the younger guys on this team.

Our camp is going to be insanely competitive. Id love for alot of these players to make the team, but there just isnt space. Unless we get rid of Laich/Michalek/Lupul magically, but that wont be easy.

For what. We're not competing

Leafs put in a reasonable offer for Russell but he said no because he thinks he's actually good and wants to be overpaid.

I'd be surprised if the Leafs actually gave him the money he wants, it would be their first stupid move.
