he gets things in his head for fantasy and they dont seem to ever be right
laughed at me when i took hartsy the year he put up 67
last year said emery would be the starter over mason and laughed when i took mason
now hes saying burrows is going to be on the sedin line and get 60? if i had burrows on any of my teams id waive him now

Burrows is usually on the sedin line. He has been for years and has been a 50-60 point player every time except this past season when the entire team struggled under torts and he got injured. It's not farfetched whatsoever.

Only reason he wouldn't be top line is if Vrbata knocks him off it.

Honestly I'm ignoring last season for nucks in fantasy. Either every single player on that team declined at the exact same time, or torts' system is what killed their numbers. Because literally every single nucks player became useless in fantasy all of a sudden last year.

everybody seems pretty set vrbata is knocking him off though and yeah for sure last year was screwy
burrows had 1 60pt year hes more consistent around the low 50s and if he gets bumped to the 2nd thats a big drop in support from the sedins to higgins and bonino?
i just dont see it he doesnt even know his own team if hes calling it im saying its off maybe hes just bad at making calls with flyers but i saw him going for mason this year ...that knida worries me now that i think about it

Vrbata is starting with the Sedins and will likely stay with them for a long time even if it doesn't click right away. Many reports of him leaving money on the table 'cause he wanted to play with the Sedins.

If Burrows stays on the 2nd line for most of the year, he'll probably be around 40 points lol.



He was playing injured all season. Didn't have a chance to get on track.

Canucks are going to need Vrbatas production on their second line. Otherwise it's going to be another long year for them.

Problem is that Burrows can play LW on the 2nd line whereas Vrbata and Kassian probably can't.

And we're expecting a long year either way

It's going to be an interesting year. We'll see what happens. I see them trying to get everything out of the twins, and burrows has been the only one they've been able to work with them throughout their careers.
