For Christs sakes. It's unreal how quickly I can put on weight. 2 weeks ago I weighed somewhere between 190 and 195.

I got lazy, haven't worked out in 2 weeks and have been eating like shit.... I now weigh just shy of 205. 10 pounds in 2 weeks? AND my pants are fitting like shit. I must have the metabolism of a cadaver.

Time to get gnarly with the work out routine and diet.

Speaking of diet... Check out the app; My fitness Pal. It's great for calorie counting, and determining how much you should be consuming based off of your goal weight loss.

Cutting is terrible , I love food too much. Hopefully 2 more months and Ill be where I want to be then I can slowly start to eat more. Sucks feeling like im starving

Why don't you just choose healthier foods over less food as your way to cut? Lower calorie meals that are still high in protein.

Because I'm not fat or anything and have been lifting for awhile. My diet is already pretty clean.

I'm prbably 14-15 bf now, I want 9-10

Weighed in at 229 tonight, down from 285+ at the highest.

Haven't gone to the gym in a while so I was worried I might be lagging a bit but I've lost a good 5 pounds since my last weigh-in, which is awesome.
