vs LA- What a game, huge win. Entertaining for a low scoring game: back and forth, great board battles, lots of shots. Its importance also gave the building somewhat of a playoff-like atmosphere. Kings came out hard but the game ended up being pretty even. Somehow we're good in the shootout this year, must be 'cause Luongo's gone.
- Big bounce-back game for Lack. Solid and in control throughout the game and excellent in the shootout. He didn't show any signs of nerves or fatigue. Quick was also very good, he made a bunch of tough saves.
- Admirable effort by the Sedins, they really came to play. They were strong on the puck and created several legit chances against a tough, defensive team throughout most of the game. That goal was vintage Sedinery

- Bonino's line created some quality chances but weren't able to convert, Horvat's line (specifically Hansen) was good in the first half of the game but kind of disappeared as the night went on and the Vey line just treaded water for the most part.
- Tanev and Hamhuis both struggled in the first half of the game but they settled down, Edler was very good outside of one terrible giveaway and the Sbisa - Bieksa pairing had a great game (for a change).
Playoffs are virtual lock. Just gotta hope Calgary can stave off the Kings for 3rd in the division.
