one of my sisters ex bfs was fucked up and tried to kill himself+her by connecting a hose to their gas meter and put it into their room
she used to wake up and have a cig and it woulda went boom but the gas knocked her out and she just slept and somebody saw the hose n called the cops

could be something similar but when its such a big explosion who the fuck knows makes ya wonder though or at least me i guess
