The amount of hate on Tampa is hilarious. There's nothing against the rules on what they are doing. Most teams can't sit there star players and still make the playoffs comfortably. Tampa built themselves so well to where they could afford to do that. If another team tried it, they don't make the playoffs most of the time. If it was your team that was able to do this, you would not be complaining

I didn't hate the Chicago Blackhawks 3 cup dynasty after the Red wings dynasty died up. I just wished that Detroit could build up again just like how Chicago did. I never hate on the opposing franchise for putting themselves in position to win.

If a rule change is to come then so be it, but right now the rules stand where they're at until they are changed
