What is all this I hear about stacking? Mostly about mf'ing or ponies.

in inferno, everytime you kill an elite pack you get 1 stack

each one is like.. 15% MF i think?

and when you have 5 stacks you have a high chance of getting extra rares

that's the simple explanation
