found a chipmunk in the storage room at work today, no idea how long it has been there but it was so weak that it just let me pick it up and take it outside

gave it a bit of fruit and banana bread but it wouldn't eat much

i really hope it doesn't die

i wish i could have, i was in the middle of a shift so i couldn't go home

and when i found it the little guy looked like he was curling up waiting to die

his blood is on my hands... assuming he did eventually die

i took him outside and tried to feed him, i couldn't leave work though

some of my coworkers (females) wanted to kill it because they were "scared"

What fucking bitch would want to kill a harmless chipmunk? Any girl I know would think it's incredibly cute and try to save him.
