@ PHX- Pretty much controlled the play throughout the game, which should probably be expected against a roster like the Yotes threw out. Tons of quality chances but Smith made several big saves and we missed the target a bunch of times (including 4 posts). Good job by the team taking care of business so that yesterday's big win wasn't wasted.
- Markstrom was fine, didn't have to make many hard saves. Hopefully this win will boost his confidence going forward.
- Vrbata had 2 assists and could have easily had 2 more. Love this guy

- Horvat was noticeable despite Kenins being replaced by McMillan. McMillan wasn't bad but he will likely always be a non-factor / time-waster.
- He doesn't have anything to show for it but Vey has been very good the last two games. He's looked determined and stronger on the puck.
- Tanev was flawless after having a shaky game in LA. He didn't make any glaring mistakes against the Kings but he wasn't his usual perfect self, so it was nice to see him bounce back quickly.
- I don't know what the hell is wrong with Hamhuis but he's been doing dumb things every game since we got healthy. Playing less and easier minutes isn't supposed to hurt his game.
3-game home-stand coming up:
TUE - Winnipeg
THR - Colorado
SAT - Dallas
These are all winnable games but 2 out of 3 would be fine.
