I've been generally lenient when enforcing the deadlines, really only if it's egregious do I disqualify a bet. As long as it doesn't become a tool for weaseling out of bets, I don't mind a minute or two late. And I'm not just saying that because you lost here lol; I'm generally just too lazy to check times (I pretty much just look for weird early games and make sure no one's betting on them accidentally)
