Well, he offered it to both myself and PC. Never followed through.

Though outside of PC's PM. We can't back it as we lost the thread. Since we have no thread to really back it up, I don't think it's really right if it were to do something about it, especially years after.

We've tagged users for that depending on the situation obviously but to be fair if you know the rules and support the community in good standing why would anybody say no? If you don't and it has no influence on you then you wouldn't care if you were tagged. Every tag case is dependant on the case. I've had users before do that I tell them here's our policies for such and such reasons most ask if I can help med then payout is done.

Same in every forum. We have the rules to protect new bettors, and potential scams. It's your choice to follow them or not - typically the later couldn't care less if they get tagged.
