The angle I saw seemed like it hit his head, but I personally think that myers didn't intend to headshot him. It's just that he's much taller and meant to hit him square in the chest but ended up with the head too.

Ya. Tough call to be honest. The above angle looks like a good hit. The other angle looks like head was first contact.

The way I see it :
1- Armia is in a battle with Bo Horvat for the puck
2- Myers come from the blind side
3- Theres 2minutes to go, game is over, unncessary hit
4- It's not a fast play, Myers had all the time of the world to change his mind
5- Not perfectly clear, but seems like a hit to the head to me
6- Armia left the game with a concussion
