just curious, why this avs player went to cross-check rinaldo. he asked for it, he started it. 1-2 game would have been fine, 6 is ridiculous.

Injured himself in second, upper body ( shoulder ) after going into boards awkwardly. I’d guess he’s out for a few weeks for certain.

Paul Maurice confirms that Mark Scheifele will be out 6-8weeks with UBI. Huge loss for the #NHLJets.
