That fan base is in for a rough awakening when the team eventually collapses into a rebuild. The first ever pro team in the city gets a cup contender team out of the gate, when it all falls apart i wonder how many fans will stick around. Im guessing it'll be Panthers/Coyotes level of engagement.

It's not all bad.

If that does happen can go to Vegas for a long weekend for some fun and attend a cheap game while your home team is in town.
