Why would you trade away a defensive god @ 3.9M cap-hit, especially when he seems important in the locker room? Makes no sense.

Gorges have the leadership to wear the fucking C letter.

He dont put point, but he is so stable defensivly.

His speech are always god like and he is a rare player in montreal that never created drama.

Gorges is a type of player that all the 30 team want on their roster

maybe Moulson or get deeper in our bottom 6 if we can get Legwand cheap (wont happen) or Malhotra or a player like that. We need Good veterans for our bottoms 6. I like S. Thornton too

Not sure why gorges would be traded, guy is all heart and loves it here. If he doesn't waive it will suck playing knowing the GM wanted you out.

He is fucking garbage. He would not be in the top 4 of any contender in the league. He's paid too much to play on the bottom pairing. Weaver did his exact job for 1 mil and it opened Bergevins eyes that we need to get rid of Gorges to improve the team long term. Weaver on the bottom pairing would do the same shit Gorges does on the PK without having to play with Subban.

Markov-Subban
Emelin-??
Beaulieu/Tinordi-Weaver/Pateryn

Would be for the best going forward. Emelin back to natural side would be great.
