Weird game, the Avs had a ton of chances and zone time but really didn't generate much from it. The scoring chances were 25-20 for the Avs, but the Flames had more high danger scoring chances at 5 to the Avs 4. Either way, letting a team take that many shots and have that much zone time isnt a recipe to win at all.

It'll be good for the Flames to get a bunch of practice in, the team has looked a little sloppy the past 2 games despite positive results. Even Big Save Dave looked a bit porous tonight.

Holy shit we finally get the Oilers sloppy seconds the next night. Took long enough. Oilers schedule is the softest in the league and they're still terribad.
