Welp. Horvat played 2 more minutes than Vey tonight.

McCann is 13th in OHL scoring and Cassels is 15th (albeit he has good linemates, including last year's 5th overall pick Dal Colle). Center prospect depth is through the roof.

Subban is also playing well, leading his team in points. He has a crappy team unfortunately; if they were better, he'd have a lot more points.

Virtanen made up for his slow start but now has gone ice cold again over his last ~7 games.

I don't think we'll be seeing virtanen for another year or 2. Probably play a season in the AHL as well. Unless he takes some big steps consistency wise

Yeah, I can't see him making the jump next year for sure. Our top-9 right-wing is just fine with Vrbata, Kassian and Hansen anyway.

Need a 2LW desperately and there's nobody in our prospect pool that fits the bill. A young legit offensive 2LW should be Benning's #1 priority when it comes to trades, not that anyone is giving these guys up. Kane would have been a perfect fit, needs wise.

Assets like Bieksa, our 1st, Gaunce, other mid-prospects, etc. should be used to acquire a LW, even if it's a prospect.
