Nothing really. Just size. This is just good if you have a 3 year old system, or one that's starting to crap out on you. Lets you upgrade for next to nothing, and get a new warranty.

i mean damn $100 is pretty much the cost of ps+ and thoses grips and u get uc4 on top of that

For the Xbox one, you should be able to get the Halo bundle for $129. That will give you the upgrade, BF1, Halo 5, Halo MCC, and the thumb grips. Not as good as what I got, but still a damn good deal.
