The B.C. Home Owner Mortgage and Equity Partnership program will provide a maximum of $37,500 — or up to five per cent of the purchase price — with a 25-year loan that is interest-free and payment-free for the first five years.

basically only good for 1st time buyers planning to buy houses NOW, but really it's terribad, especially in 5 years.

hockey is too unpredictable. i cant imagine being a hockey capper. but nice work :).

i've only 1 real parlay win vs tx this year... we'll see how it goes.
