its more hilarious because they only did the trade because they thought it was a fair deal, and others like kane/meier costed farrr more, plus Chicago said they werent even sure kane wanted to be traded or stay, until the deadline day. If Kane felt this way, he should've told his GM that he doesnt mind being traded sooner, or wanna go NYR to play with panarain, rather than waiting til the last minute at deadline and making it extra tough for his team to trade him.
