so you dont like the original diablo 2 thats fine but why should they change it for you and ruin the game for those that do?
i imagine the game would do much better catering to those that want d2 hd not some new d2 content thats straight garbage cause then even the people that want new content will be like this sucks and quit on top of the people that wanted original d2
and if remastering the classic wow expansions has shown anything if they add stuff its MTX not content


and look how long diablo 2 as a game has lasted log onto bnet people are still playing idk how they can go wrong just giving that hd graphics and a couple QOL changes that arent game breaking

tbh if they have enough content on the diablo 3 that was cancelled id like to see that maybe attempted but thats probably not realistic

also i didnt say i dont like original d2, ive been playing it for fuckin 20 years, hard to say i dont like it

but also im not alone. look at how many people play mods

i get it you you dont want to play the same game you were just playing but for me its like i get to play my fav game again in hd and its fresh to me im not burned out cause i wasnt playing mod versions i came back at reset set up a bot and afkd
and i dont blame peole for playing mods if they actually played all 15 years or whatever the same game gets boring mods change it up a bit sometimes you need that ive been on and off never felt the need to change it up if i did id play another game not a mod version
but ive always been a multi game gamer sometimes i wanna mf on d2 or raid on wow sometimes i wanna play battlefield or cs go and shoot people sometimes i whip out the racing games and play some monster energy supercross or something
