If you want to take creatine take allmax creatine
and for proteine i am taking the gold standard whey pretty good.

i am 6'0 and 175 lbs
i was 160 lbs before workout.
I started workout 3 months ago. Still doing it.

do you mix your protein and creatine together?

i was told to just mix them together

nah i am not i am taking the creatine in the water seperatly.
And also when you start the creatine you need to load so your taking 5g (4 time a days so 20g total) for 7 days. Then you take 5g per day.
