I used to drink few cans of sprite a day with ice, used to buy like 3 to 4 pack of 36 cans of sprite at costco lol

Definitely was an unhealthy way to gain weight, I still crave it at times but Im overweight so i stick to tea, water and black coffee =(

it's real bad for ya in the long run. more sodium than the body can handle, tons of additives to keep you eating and can be surprisingly expensive. it's the sort of thing that slows you down earlier than you should.

try getting a slow cooker or an Instapot, you can cook things and keep them warm ahead of time. great for churning out food to take to work for the week or to have something warm ready when you're back. even if you're too lazy to throw in noodles or rice, if you have some bread to go along with the meat and sneak some greens in between... huge improvement already.

something else I've done differently as well is 100% no caloric snacks at my desk. munching on chips, candy or whatever really runs up your caloric intake without any satisfaction whatsoever. if I bring something it'll be like an apple or some tea.
