I would not be surprised if the beans get spilled on other coaches now that this news has come out.

I would imagine some coaches have done much worse.

As others have said I can only imagine what Keenan has said/done in the past, among others.


I just wished we lived in a society were this kind of thing is dealt with immediately, not dug up from 10 years ago.

I can understand the culture is entrenched and is is difficult to step up to an authority figure but you wonder why it took this long after he was removed from that organization.


I waited until other sources backed up the statements made. Now that others have stepped forward backing up Aliu and additional allegations have been brought forward it is clear Peters was in the wrong.

although reading the entire article, it seems like crawford actually did that shit to motivate sopel and get the most out of him, considering he played sopel during his tenure as a canuck lol

I guess this is true.

As previously said this investigating is probably dragging on due to legal reasons.

Calgary ownership wants to make sure this guy is fired properly because they don't want to get sued.

To me it is clear the allegations are true.

If Peters was a good guy he would have had someone from that locker room step up for him.

These comments were made in front of dozens of witnesses and the fact nobody has defended him is an indictment.

Previous comments will follow you in this era. Being a coach will be extremely difficult moving forward. You can't slip up at all.

If it's "extremely difficult" for someone not to be abusive or racist or just a douche in general then they need to find help ASAP.

Doing any of these things is not a slip up, it's just being a bad person lol.
