We need meds and a list of people who welched. I'd prefer a list of people who welched and paid back as well because I don't think people who paid back their welch should be in the same group as people who haven't.

That's it. Active isn't need in a forum that has more users leaving than coming in.

I don't think regulations are needed for how much a mediator can mediate at once.

As for who the mediators should be, I'd be fine with any and all previous meds that were voted on the last time we did this. Unfortunate that Pens is stepping out. I'd trust him with my life.

Edit: by need I mean if we have a list at all. I don't think we need a list. If people want to use a mediator they can agree on someone. If that someone is Nauki I don't give two shits.
