As in voulme of welcher list, are you guys planning to remove people that aren't around ever?
Cause there are some that won't be back for sure, some that are disabled/banned, etc.

I didn't want to make this a Prone thread but the forever a welcher thing bothers me. Prone was around 12 when he did what he did. Under the current rules, he would stay on the welcher list forever. There has to be a better way to handle these things. Especially considering there is no welcher paid back status in this section.
