do the goalies have to be of the last 8 "free" picks or can they be 1 of the team picks

I put the goalies as 1 of the 2 on their teams..if I wanted another player, I'd use the 8 spots for 1 of them

i sent 40 skaters 2 from ea team+8+2 goalies and 2 skaters to remove if it was 38skaters+2 goalies
