Nice progress! If running hurts your joints, I'd recommend using an elliptical. You get the same general movement patterns but it's a much smoother motion so it puts less pressure on joints/bones.

I had to switch to an elliptical for a while since too much tennis was taking a toll on my shins due to the starting/stopping abruptly.

Just finished doing some exercise now. Lost ~ 10 pounds or so in the past couple of moms. Gotta get back at it more often but slowly making progress.

5'6 130 lbs, lol. Been going to the gym for 2 months now, slowly seeing results and starting to get compliments. More motivated than ever.

I'm starting a real diet next week along with a strict gym program.

6'3" 185 lbs now. Target weight is right near 195-200 at the moment.

Have increased everything but my run time right now and that hasn't changed even with gained weight.
