How so? 8 isn't really a rule, just a sort of guideline to follow

I get online in morning for maybe 10 minutes. And do not pay bets. Busy later that day and dont get on again until after 24 hours
Rule 7 - I broke it
Rule 8 - I forget about bet so that cancels out how I broke rule 7 ?

That's not really a big problem, it happens that sometimes you get on for only a few minutes or just completely forget about a bet.
That's why number 8 is there, if someones been on and hasn't paid, then you can pm them, as they likely forgot.
Obviously if they are on after they receive the pm reminder and still haven't sent then they are probably welching.

When you get back online, you pay it. By that time the user should have pm'd you, and your response will dictate what happens next.

We're still not going to add anyone exactly after the 24 hour mark. This is just something written in stone now for the future, and getting rid of the making people wait 3 days because they pm'd you after the game bs.

IMO u should try pming them at least twice cuz sometimes i dont even notice i have a pm right away

I understand some people are on all day and still wont pay and thats who the rule is intended for but according to rule 7 I have already welched a few times this year :lol:

Read above and I am guessing both of you broke rule 7 sometime this year.

Rules 7 and 8 could be combined, enhanced to allow some leeway for trusted list to rule on individual cases

I know I haven't actually. I'll try to reword it, and say something along the lines of each case will be reviewed and exceptions may be made.
