from what i understand it's very hard to get an interview with him. Basically the only hope of having a scout actually talk to him is by physically speaking to him in passing at a game.
and even then only the area scouts that are currently living in russia can get to him, any higher ups in any teams scouting departments cant even speak to him.

if he doesn't interview the team its basically him saying i wont play for you dont draft me

If he is going to be at the draft, thats a good sign he is willing to come over. Hopefully he gives everybody the cold shoulder abd falls into yzermans lap. Though i assume he would probably want to go to the crapitals since they have ovi and kuzy.
