wtf is the hype with ex machina

Well, one would think that its a movie that lots of people liked and therefore are recommending. Just a guess though.

Pretry sure all international packages go from TN to WPG so they don't have to deal with multiple customs stops. Just like how I could order something from down the street and it has to go to the regional sorting center in Richmond before then coming back to me lol.

Silly to see on a map that's how they keep costs down.

Was it FedEx or UPS where they were about to go bankrupt so the founder took his last 10k to Vegas and won enough to keep them afloat for a year while it caught on? We did a unit on operating costs and when to close for a day vs shut down the business. Delivery companies have a very interesting history of almost going bankrupt then getting saved deus ex machina style like when eBay and Amazon were founded.

That doesn't explain why the movie is so hyped.
