I will kiss Bettman's feet for the NHL making it easy for anyone to buy a ticket to a game. The sich for the game here is this:

-At the begging of the season most seats were sold Season Ticket style
-But to get the remaining tickets officially, you have to be a club member. So the general public never got a sniff of tickets at the box.
-Tickets can only be resold through the club, even selling in StubHub is illegal. This is because there are price caps for seats that get enforced.
-Club members also get discounted prices even when buying second hand.
-Result is waaay too much demand for tickets and you can't throw money to get one.

judging by the numbers your in the middle a bit more towards recommended so you are probably pretty good assuming your gpu can hang
you have the min amount of ram so i wouldnt expect to be paying super high settings though

the open beta is in like a week just try it the best way to know if your pc can play a game is try it
