The USDA farmers market is back so I bought a few pepper sauces friday. Dry rubbed a cajun spice mix, then tossed it in a bag with a mix of scotch bonnet extract, lime, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Hngggg.

I'm cooking with the Jamaica Lime and Red Savina. The carolina reaper is the hottest pepper in the world, although I've heard there's a new one that hasn't been officially rated yet.
