How the hell did you pay $300 for a PS3 like 5 years after it was released The mandatory subscription is killing it for me. I'm looking at Wii-U right now. But I'm not a hardcore gamer by any spin on the phrase.

300 for 2 ps3s and all the stuff i have.
I got the first one (250gb or something) and some stuff for 100$ the. Water dmgd it
So i bought another one (320gb)and some stuff for 120$
Then the old kne started working again.

The other 100$ was buying gta5 new at release and other games from pawn shops


Now i have one at my place and one at the gfs for netflix and plot games.

Guess ill try to sell one when we move in

I just cancelled my wow one, i restarted it when the released the newest expansion after about 8 year off the game (irl buddy convinced me to return)

I like the game but i cant justify paying every month for a game i hardly have time to get on. Although they just introduced a formal gold for time exchange system.

Maybe ill start paying in FG

i hate paying for ps+ but down the line the games u get "free" are well worth it even now u dont get much but there doing pretty good with whats out there
i blame all those fuckers on 360 " its only 50 bucks what you cant afford that?" mentality instead of " wtf why do we gotta pay $50 thats shit"

between microsoft and cods developers being money hungry as fuck they are driving console gaming into the shitter

Lol I got my parents a PS3 last fall to use as a Blu-Ray and Netflix player. They forgot to turn it off after watching Guardians of the Galaxy on Blu-Ray I was there a week later to see my sister and it was still on. Glass above the PS3 in the entertainment system was so hot, felt like it was going to melt.



Lol your such a homer. You realize Microsoft gives free games too? Also, Sony likely lost tens of millions of dollars having PSN being free. Now they actually have some money to pay for the servers and improve services. Also, if you're talking about "money hungry", Sony is the company buying up marketing deals for just about every game in an attempt to make people believe you can play them only on PS4. Look at Battlefront, Battlefront will be playable first on XB1 due to Microsoft's relationship with EA and EA Access (probably the best subscription deal in the business) and it's likely XB1 gets the non-free DLC first.

This year I wouldn't be surprised to see Sony buy CoD's marketing rights. Sony's is the company literally making all their old games HD or "remastered" and releasing them for full price. They also hyped and heavily promoted Order 1866 which is essentially their version of Ryse (except less replayability).

Every for-profit company wants money. Sony especially given how badly their financial situation is. They no longer have any core components they can spin off without the company losing all their revenue.

Console gaming in general is a joke. EA is one of the biggest problems in the industry. Releasing half finished games and expecting you to pay 20 + dollars for "DLC".

Other than sports games , PC is where it's at.

pc gamning for me itself is no good but its got the best graphics ect ect that cant be argued
pc games are loaded with hackers and its always going to be a problem
pc games can also be very lopsided in terms of fairness if you got a budget pc and your playing a fps and some guy in a $3000 rig can see you before you see him ect ect consoles are all equal
pc games get mods and stuff but really is it worth dealing with all the other shit for mods?
you can trade games in once you buy and use that 1x use code its worthless too atleast console games u can trade in even if its crap value
