I can understand testing a guy when there is a workplace incident, to identify if they are above certain levels at time of the incident but as a prerequisite it seems unlawful

Fack. Epcor was the dream. But the division I was in was being taken over by the city of edmonton Dec 1. City will be saving money in the long run. And they'll be going over manpower sometime in the spring. Possible to be back permanently then.
So job I just got I hope is just temporary too. But seems like a good company.
