No sure what's the bigger joke, the fact that you would keep Foster or that you would offer him a million.

He's better than most of the D on Philly - good 3rd pairing. Said ~ 1 M cuz that's how much he's getting paid now

Streit / Timonen
Schenn / ?
Foster / Gustafsson or Lauridsen maybe?

Idk what the deal is with Pronger - he done?

mason is unproven

Philly has a lot of work to do if they want to be a cup contender in the near future

imo:

Keep:
Giroux R
Voracek R
Simmonds R
B Schenn C
Read R
Fedotenko L (Resign around 1.75 M)
Talbot C
Timonen D
L Schenn D
Foster D (Resign ~ 1 M ?)
Mason G

Get rid of:
Gervais D (Trade for a 3rd/4th rounder or 3rd D)
Briere R (bought out)
Coburn D (Trade for a 2nd/3rd rounder or 2nd D)
Meszaros D (Trade for a 2nd/3rd rounder or a 2nd D)
Couturier C (Trade for a 3rd/4th rounder or 3rd/4th C/L)
Grossmann D (Trade for a 2nd/3rd rounder or a 2nd/3rd D)
Gustafsson D (Don't resign)
Bryzgalov G (bought out)
Rinaldo C (Trade for a 3rd/4th rounder or a 4th C/L)

Rest I guess keep

Go out and get a proven goalie and some top D/bottom L/C's

Agree/Disagree with any of these?
