at least with it being a modern game they can do shorter resets and sorta help cause the issues
all i know is there was some pretty easy duping methods on original d2 involved with server lag and ive seen some shit on WoW so if their servers are struggling i wonder lol
hopefully they have much better server infrastructure and its not wow its d2r so maybe its easier to run idk but im hoping there is no server lag so thats not a potential thing to happen

For some reason, I had more fun playing good old d2 than d2r, maybe i'm too used to the old graphics lol

man this beta had me fuckin hooked i was mfing to make runewords for my sorc and shit like i cant wait for d2r and ladder seasons
all ive wanted was d2 with better graphics though ive always loved the game but its so dated i try to play resets but mostly just set up a bot lol

the original as good as it is the graphics are just so dated i cant stand it this is exactly what i wanted its as true to original d2 as it can get pretty much with some QOL improvements and hd graphics



i feel like a lot of pd2 players are torn cause they are used to all the extra mod stuff and not having that they are like wtf!?
sems a lot have grown accustomed to pd2 and now that original d2 is coming out in hd its like not as fun to them idk

just something ive kinda noticed a lot of the pd2 players are on the fence where as people that havnt played it are like FUCK YEAH D2R BABY

i need extra stuff. i played the game and i dont give a shit about the graphics ill play the old one.

but i like the extra acts/maps and new items and crafting and stuff

im going to skip it unless there is new content

Im down for them adding things like acts, bosses, items, w/e. but i just dont want them to change the core game at all, and im afraid with adding content blizzard wont be able to help themselves and they will change the core game lol

The shard system in pd2 is #1

blizzard hasnt been able to put out quality content for any game in the past like 10 years you think you want them to attempt new d2 content? you dont
and while some of the things added in pd2 are pretty cool its not needed idk why people act like omg we need that in the game no we dont we never did when we first played it we dont now
