Edit: And I know it's random, I just thought it would be bent towards a ratio

The more randomness the better imo, makes it more interesting

Hahah well my early season trades were bad I think. But I picked up better players than I could have drafted, albeit slightly older in order to compete sooner.
It also depends on how my goalie develops.

My gambling of "Just pick the player with the highest max OV left, youngest to oldest" strategy clearly did not pan out. Tom's randoms hate me. :(

Shoulda done what I did ;D
I'll likely be drafting a strong C + whatever position hasn't been 'boosted' the most by growth

Then I'll be trading picks for players every season. My team's going to be young and scary
