Well I get why they do it, you're supposed to pick which one you'd rather do not which one you like. The problem is with only 31 questions there isn't enough to normalize the distribution so your answers are all over the place leading to flawed results. That's why tests like this are free and you need to pay or have someone pay for you to get the big ones done.
For mine I got pushed to a lot of numbers oriented jobs even though I don't particularly like numbers. It's because there wasn't enough questions to separate my interest in business/finance from my dislike of number crunching.
