I wish I did because it's a hell of a workout. Joining a second hockey league this summer and I think I'm gonna start taking hour lunches to go to the gym. Bought all kinds of lean chicken and pork, peppers, garlic, onion, brown rice, etc so I have a pretty good range of food I can make that won't cut years off my heart's functionality lol.
I cut down on booze pretty drastically over the last few months and definitely feel much better for it, too.
/e I sometimes do a little yoga for warm-up, though.
