I suppose it's all about how you carry the extra BF%. I just know that I'm quite comfortable with how I look/feel and my athletic ability at 200. But I dont put a lot of fat directly on my gut, it spreads pretty evenly all over plus I have a strong muscle base. The only reason I'm cutting is because I cant realistically get much heavier than 200, so I need to lose some weight so I can "bulk" again.
Different strokes for different folks I suppose. I just know when I was ~160 I felt absolutely tiny.
