Nothing wrong with renting, especially with houses 35% overpriced and the bubble looking to pop with Oil prices dropping.

Lol if I wanted a 1400 square foot house with barely any yard within a mile radius of my apartment id have to pay seven digits. It's such a joke.

Gotta find a job where I can work from a home office and buy a few acres in ths middle of nowhere.

Renting is like flushing money down a toilet.
Mortgage is like putting money in a "bank"

Renting gets you no where.

Its stupid. If I want a house that's worth the price tag I have to commute 3-4 hours a day. Thats like working an extra 26 weeks at my own expense. Imo that's reason enough to rent over buying at least at my age.

Mature neighborhood meaning trees that are 30 years old. Not some 5 year old 10 foot tall sapling

I have a fly in fly out job right now. It's such a beauty gig. 14 on 7 off.
You literally spend 0$ while up here working. They do your laundry make your bed daily. Provide great warm meals. There are many activities to do. Great atmosphere.

Yeah but aren't your days pretty much 12+ hour work days for those 14 days
