yea. theres around 50-60 people that have been here longer than me that we bring back every year. the new ones are the ones that get tossed out

happens to my wife also, but she works in the labor and delivery part of the hospital, and they dont put up with that shit for long. 75% of the people there are great, the other 25% is consistent turnovers.

I've managed trade monkeys, and work around them daily.. they exagerate their abilities as a means of feeling important. You'll always hear the guy whos getting fired for attendance, or stealing or not following policy say they're the hardest worker
