A few companies in Calgary were doing that unlimited vacation stuff. It's a trap... they guilt you into not using it, and if you make use of it they'll flag you as a slacker and expendable.

Naw. I'm trying to break the stigma. I've been non union my entire career. Only recently been union boy. Easy to shine like a star infront of many of these goons
