The private deal are accessible to the public, you just need to tell them you can get on a corporate plan with your job (or dad or spouse w/e) and that they are offering you XXXX for XX can they match it. or even just tell them you are leaving them for a corporate plan else where.

they were put you on with a retention rep who is authorized to make HUGE cuts and will do all they can to find out what you are being offered/ match it.

Just give them a little scare and that 86 should come way down. No way that i am able to get better in canada then you can get in the states.

When i was switching to my corporate plan with bell rogers offered to match it exactly in order to keep me but i still wanted to move for a new phone etc.

Only downside is no connection up high in hills, like snowboarding etc.
Or underground areas, sometimes there's connection though.
