Power tripping supervisor asks why I got off moving train instead of waiting for it to full stop. I said cuz I didn't want the slack to fuck me over when I stop since these are empty cars. He said I'm breaking the rules and that he can write me up for it, I said lol ok go ahead I'll just grieve it cuz I'm not gonna fuck my body over. He was confident that I was just making excuses, so he rides the train with me for my next move and I get off again while moving and he stays on. Slack jerks him but stays on the ladder rung. He had his arm pretty secured on the ladder rung. I asked if he's okay, and he said yeah of course, why not? Make sure you abide by the rules. Hours later, I find out he went to the hospital to get checked out. 10/10
next time you should do the same and take a day off for injuries
