i remember when i was in high school, the beat 94.5 radio was the shit and he was hosting it in the morning with nira.

However he wanted way more $$$ and was apparently an asshole to everyone he worked with, and i remember he joined the competition and plastered "I made the switch" everywhere throughout the city lmao

15yrs later, nira and amy is still workin for 94.5 and Kid has been bouncing around and getting himself blacklisted.

my dad said the neighbor put a bid in on a house he bid 150k over the price cause they really liked it but it sold for 300k over asking price
they pretty much bid 2x the house value thats just fucking wild

like imagine in like 3-5 years the prices come back to normal and they lose half the value on their home and they are probably still paying the extra 300k they bid
thats a big oof lmao what are people thinking they must be rich as fuck or just dumb this housing market is fuckin wild
